Returns & Refunds (Retail)
We respect that you may occasionally need to return an item.
Please return your item to us within 28 days of the product being received.
Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unused with tags still attached.
Return postage is at the buyer’s own cost and risk. All items to be returned via tracked mail to ensure returns arrives safely. No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post.
This applies to online purchases from us directly. If you purchased in one of our stockists your items must be returned to where it was purchased.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to a customer damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 12 months after delivery. Any items displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns & Refunds (Wholesale)
Only items with factory faults can be returned for credit or full refund provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please return items in original packaging. Clearance or Special Offer items are non-returnable. We can only refund standard Royal Mail 2nd class return shipping cost.
